Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of earthy wheat with light clove and earthy citrus. Flavor has earthy wheat and light clove with a hint of sweet citrus.

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Kuhnhenn Wit ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, spicy, witbier yeast, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, yeast - wheat, spicy, witbier yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

Fat på CBC 2016. Smak och doft av tvål, rosenblad, blommor jäst och grön banan. Fina smaker, god sötma, fin beska. Något karaktärslös.

Draught@CBC2016 (Blue Session). Pale yelllow colour, small head. Aroma is zest, some witbier elements, mild spices as well as some resiny notes. Flavour is wheat, citrus, spices and some wood along with some herbs. Pleasantly balanced and very refreshing.

Fat på CBC-16. En tvålig och blommig wit med rosenblad, rosenolja, grön banan, tangerine som drar åt godis och tvål. Tar ut svängarna. Rolig och god kall. Saknar lite friskhet.

Draught at CBC 2016, Blue session. Thanks to Nische for the share. Hazy pale golden body. Low white head. lacing rings. Sweet wheat fruity nose. Wheat fruity flavours, lightly spiced and with a ripe fruity ending, mid-sweet. On an average level, more or less (Øksnehallen, Copenhagen 13.05.2016).
