Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Casita Cervecería ¡Sorpresa! ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, fruity malt, citrus - lime. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, citrus, lime, yeast - floral, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

Draught@CBC 2016 (Blue Session).Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is sour wood, some lactic notes as well as mild herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, very tart and some dry wooden notes to it as well. Yet nicely balanced.

CBC. Unclear pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, lemon and fruit. Flavour is malt, yeast, lemon, little sour, little citric, citrus, little bitter, little sweet and baking yeast.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, lemons, straw, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Blue session. Cloudy pale yellow. Lovely citric aroma. Tart citric flavor. Light-bodied. Great and refreshing.
