PINTA Modern Drinking, czyli wszystko, czego nauczyliśmy się na temat klasycznego West Coast IPA. Tylko jeden, ale za to bardzo charakterystyczny chmiel – Mosaic® – dodany w ogromnej ilości na ostatnie minuty gotowania oraz na czas leżakowania piwa. PINTA Modern Drinking – zawsze na czasie!

Bottle shared at THT July. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, cardboard, dank hops, light cheese, soft fruity hops, caramel, bready. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. This is half a year before the B.B. date but there’s not much left of the hops.

0.5l bottle. Hopy aroma, light malty notes, light caramel, matured fruit, citrus fruit. Hazy amber color, small white head. Hopy and malty taste, grassy notes, light caramel and resin, citrus fruit, medium bitter, light sweet. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation and hopy bitter finish. Good.

0,5l bottle at home. BB 16.10.2018. copper hazy color, small white head. smells grapefruit, bit nutty, passion fruit, zesty, tobacco, lightly leathery. nice smell. full body, soft pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of light pines, some grapefruit, lemon grass, hints of caramel, passion fruit, light oats, grassy, herbal, bit zesty, lightly peppery. finishes medium bitter with notes of herbs, light pines and some citrus notes. rather good one, not the best balance I had in an IPA but still rather drinkable. the beginning is rather light and more fruit forward the finish is rather on the bitter side, still just enough not to be overpowering.

Barwa złota lekko zamglone. Piana wysoka ładnie zdobi szklankę. Aromat mocno cytrusowy z delikatnymi akcentami naftowymi. W smaku również orzeźwiająco cytrusowe z nutami egzotycznymi. Gorycz na średnim w kierunku wysokiego poziomie, alkohol dobrze schowany. Jedno z lepszych polskich West Coast IPA jakie piłem.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is greasy hoppy, slight herbal. Mild sweet, mellow peach fruity. Bitter and smooth fruity. Crisp hoppy and lingering fruity finish.
