Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is nectar, some floral and mild bready and sweet malts. Flavour is floral, grassy, herbal and mildly wooden notes. Balanced, but a bit skunky tones to it as well, which grow as the beer gets warmer.

33cl bottle from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: medium, egg-white, good retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: tangerine, orange, floral, bit passion fruits. T: medium malty base, orange, grapefruits, bit pine, dry on the palate, long lasting bitterness, bit passion fruits, medium carbonation, good, enjoyed.

Gushing to huge, fluffy off-white head over clear copper beer, not very visible carbonation. Amandine, old nougat with pistacchio, rosewater. More of the same, rosewater. nougat, amandine, perfumey. Almost no bitterness, and not very fruity neither. Quite slick, not very lively and not much body. IPA? Not really convincing. Bring back the gluten! Txs to Stef!

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottle at THT September. Bit hazy golden with white head. Dank hops, dry malts, flowery, grassy, soft peach, mineral. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Just medium bodied with bit dry finish. OK.

Sampler from bottle on the roof at home. Sweet malts, bitter hops, light caramel and grainy. Sweet and earthy bitter. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Ok-ish. Better than many a blonde glutenfree beer but still a bit dull.
