Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours a golden yellow with a small foamy white head and good lacing. Floral hops in the aroma. There’s a brief initial sweetness in the mouth before hoppy bitterness takes over. Apples and summer fruits to the fore, with tropical undertones. Finish is dry and rather bitter. A simple beer, but done very well – excellent !

Cask, third, shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Brewery Microbars. Clear golden body, a few bubbles on the top, clingy lacing. Malt-fruity aromas, moments of grain and floral hops. Grain fruity flavours followed with a dray bitter tail. Accepted. (2nd day at the festival 23.01.2020).

Cask @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Slighlty paler golden coloured with a creamy-frothy head. Hoppy but very dry tasting at the same time. There’s a hint of fruit in its nose, with a well stated grainy-maltiness in its aftertaste.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear gold lasting white head. Great condition. Lovely fruit citrus and tropical mix. A really good hoppy fruity golden ale. Not much malt yeast or body but hops and condition are lovely.
