Growler - Light hoppy grapefruit. Clear gold with a dent white head. Lots of hop notes no salt or typical Gose notes.

Growler. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong sea salt, grapefruit, peach. Thin mouth, strong grapefruit, light salt, very bitter, very good.

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow orange color. Grapefruit aroma, of course, with a bit of pineapple. Taste is earthy grapefruit. Nice.

Draft. Light golden beer with an off-white head. Earth and light yeast aroma with light grapefruit. Salt and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Salt and grapefruit linger with light yeast.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits an amazing looking totally opaque glowing papery gold to tan to Thai tea colored body that supports a thin off white head. The aroma offers up an inviting blend of grapefruit, sour citrus sort of sour mash, salt and warm oxidized pineapple meat. Very nice. The taste starts with a puckering rush of acidic grapefruit and citrusy tartness flowing straight into an unmistakable saltiness. To midway it picks up a bit of bread doughiness leading toward modest grapefruit, citrus and salt notes closing off the experience. Solid. Wonderful.
