Bottle @ Jarno and Anne, Struer. Thanks. Pours hazy deep amber with a White head. Massive peat and dirty yeast. Ashtray, phenols, burnt rubber and iodine. Fizzy carbonation. Wauw

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours cloudy mid brown with a large off-white head. Aroma of smoked meat, burned plastic, rubber, smouldering bonfires. Light sweetness, medium sour. Moderate body, oily texture, above average carbonation. Didn't like this.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy coffee brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of somked peat, with notes of yeast and malt. Bitter, peaty and hoppy flavour, with notes of malt and yeast. Smoky and malty aftertaste. Okay.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear brown, light beige head. Smoky, peaty aroma. Bitter, smoky and peaty flavour. Has a sourish note too. Quite light body, does not really support the smoke at all.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Heavy peated malty aroma. Light hoppy notes. Light bitter very peasted nice flavor. Average finish. watery palate. Nice.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and heavy peat. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 280718

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are ashes, smoke, caramel and hops. A bit like licking an ashtray. Too peated.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty smoky caramel aroma. Fruity malty smoky caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty smoky caramel finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a tan bead. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and smoke. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, bread, and smoke, leading to a dry finsh.

Bottle@yesprs - Dark brown black pour with small white head. Smoked charred malty aroma and taste, with notes of meaty malty notes, malty smoked into the close.
