Bottle, 5.0%. 2015 version. Wonderful acetic and fruity aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite acidic with a mellow fruit touch. Great acetic finish. Aftertaste of pure lemon juice.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with small white head. Acidic aroma with estery notes and dusty touches. Vinous and dusty flavour with estery and basement notes. Lingering, sour aftertaste. Decent. Very much so.
