Draught in SF. Browns ah black with a tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate malt. Flavour is chocolate, licorice, dried fruit, lingering dry malt finish

On tap at the brewery. Opaque black coloured pour with a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is rich chocolate cake, black forest gateau. Some rum and wood, dark choc. Flavour is rich dark choc, bitter chocolate cake, tart berry, hint of alcohol, tangy earthy cocoa. Very rich and flavourful. Palate is medium bodied, semi drying finish. Lingering earthy rum and raisin.

Tap. Pours opaque black with a large dark brown head and decent lacing. Very nice aroma of coffee, tobacco, chocolate, Kahlua. Flavor is tobacco forward, some dark chocolate, medium sweet, tobacco finish, light bitterness. Flavor doesn’t quite live up to the aroma, unfortunately. Light to medium body, a bit silky in the mouth.

Draft. Dark brown beer with a light brown head. Roasty/toasty aroma with chocolate and malt. Chocolate and malt flavor with light vanilla. Medium bodied. Chocolate and malt lingers with light vanilla.
