Sour and Bitter 2016. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with pine, orange and peach. Sweet malty and fruity flavour with a good bitter finish.

On tap at Watering Hole. Hazy pale golden color with basically no head. Wonderful citrus nose with lemon, orange and white grapefruit all standing out. Some grass on the nose as well. Taste is more of the same with nice bitterness. Very crisp and refreshing with nice carbonation. Tap at Bud. Pale gold with orange tints, hazy, with a fine, low head. Bright Simcoe hop nose, lemon, grass, mineral, light malt. Sweaty metal hop flavor, leaves, grapefruit. Saltine crackers. Nice hop showcase. Light and crisp though not great.

[2/22/15] Draught at Pizza Port in Carlsbad. Clear golden. Oniony “green” hops aroma with some fruitiness. Flavor of “green” hops and strong bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Light amber color. Frothy white head. The nose is fruity, but came across as a bit over attenuated. Light very dry crisp hoppy body, but almost phenolic. The finish is modestly bitter. Not bad but not that memorable.
