Draft. Rich amber beer with an off-white head. malty, tart, and light brandy aroma. Chocolate and dark fruit flavors with tartness and cocoa. Medium bodied. Dark fruit lingers with tartness and chooclate.

(10/29/08) Draught at the brewery in Stockton (thanks a lot Steve and Mike!). Dark brown color with yeast floaties. Aroma of brett, dark fruits, oak and some malt. Sourish flavor with some barnyard, berry notes, plums and some malt. Medium to full-bodied. Very good stuff.

Draft at the Bistro’s BA Fest! Not as great as the Effingud (one of my favs) but it is excellent; Nose is tartness, raisins, and caramel; hazy brown with a small beige head; flavor is sour with brown sugar and lemons.
