Bottle @ Winterbierfestival Gouda 2018. Almost black color. Beige head. Aroma's: sweetish, dark fruit. Retronasal it's roasted, sweetish, light boozy. Flavor is moderate sweet, woody (sourish). Strong alcohol feel. Full bodied. Not too much bourbon, but quite good.

8 4 8 3 16 Bottle at Pint Winterbierfestival, Gouda ‘18. Black with a small beige head. Aroma of oak, bourbon, dark chocolate, licorice, coffee and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter. Medium to light full bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at Goud Winterbier 2018. Dark brown with light tan head. Big sweet deep roasted chocolate malts, charcoal, black cherries, sour grain. Strong bitter, sweet with some sour on top. Bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Almost black with dark beige head. Dry roast, old wood, soft vanilla, licorice, light grass. Quite some barrel but not too much bourbon. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied with a bit dry finish.
