Hoa-Fire, a Belgian Strong Red Ale has the perfect balance of malted barley and includes a Red Malt which gives this Ale its rich red colour and full creamy mouthfeel. Galaxy hops deliver a passion fruit aroma and peach flavour, which blends perfectly with Doi Spice, Black Pepper and Mac Mat leaves to make this a very aromatic beer. Perfect choice to go with any dishes on the menu.

Draft at Brewhaha, Da Nang. Poured a clear over medium amber colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is malt, aromatic, herbal. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, malt, red berry fruit, aromatic, light marzipan, floral liquorice, spicy, woody hop bitter, herbal palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Didn’t really expect to enjoy this too much but it was amazing. Not disappointed at all.
