For this NE Pale Ale, we dialled up the use of Nelson Sauvin hops to the max. The hop is named after the Sauvignon Blanc grape. We wanted to let those grape-esque notes of the hop sing out loud and clear.
But the chorus doesn’t just stop there, there’s also little hits of key lime and passionfruit playing in the background. This isn’t just a beer; it's our ode to Nelson.

Draft at Ren Min, Maxwell Food Court. Poured a murky yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, big passionfruit mango. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a smooth, buttery, juicy passionfruit citrus, light tart lime palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Somewhat light, but tasty and refreshing.
