Wingding is our (gluten free) transatlantic tribute to the tremendous Amelia Earhart - the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic ocean. Like Amelia, it's a pioneering piece of crossover magic that spans the big pond. We've smashed together the best of US and British hops to create a bright, crisp and crushable extra pale that flies oh so right. Hops: Magnum, Goldings, Chinook, Citra.

Keg sraught at the Swan, Mountsorrel. Very pale yellow gold, hazy with a small white head. Aroma of lime peel, grain, grassy/herbal character. Sweet taste, a little citrus peel, a very little bitterness of the finish. Pleasant but not really significant. Light body, medium carbonation. All in all good.

Can. This edition with Citra, Cascade, Goldings and Apollo hops. Apollo hops! Blimey, long time time no see! Bright clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a modest sweetness, touch of grain, nothing raw. The hops bring light crisp pine and light crisp, slightly watery citrus, not getting the core character of any of them. Just a decent apa with a decent hop profile.
