Bottle. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty licorice aroma with hints of chocolate. Roasted malty licorice and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate caramel and licorice finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a dense and lively light brown head. Sweet aroma of dark, dried fruits and chocolate with a strange slight tartness underneath. Rich, sweet body, carbonation is a little excessive, some salty and very dry licorice in the background. Gets rather boozy fot a 7,8% beer - I believe it’s way more. Not bad but it’s not really completely satisfactory. 090517

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, roasted, burnt, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted, burnt. 50 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty. Breadish, liqourice. Bitter, roasted, dark malty. Lingering roasted and liqourice to chocolate malty finish.

Bottle at KØ16. Good sweet liquorice aroma with some yeast. Black colour, seems cloudy. Small stable brown head. The flavour is roasted and yeasty with bitter coffee and sweet liquorice notes.
