Fra fad på DØE dag 1, sammen med Steven: klar, lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Aroma med appelsin, stall/farmhouse og gjær. Høy, lær, urter og malt. Syrlig, fyldig, kompleks og frisk på samme tid. "One of the nicest farmhouse ales I’ve ever had" (Steven).

Draught at KØ16. Banana yeast aroma, slightly citric. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a mild Bretty citrus note, funky Belgian yeast. Slightly sweet, good funk. Distinct brett. Unfortunately, the carbonation is a bit low.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of brett, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is bretty and slight herbal. Dry, bretty and smooth fruity. Crisp hoppy and fruity far finish.

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with leather and earthy notes, and a hint of wood. Quite dry, funky and fruity flavour with white wine notes.
