Bottle 50 cl. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze and a lacing, white head. Mostly yeastiness in the nose, but faint. Medium body, dry, oddly spiced, mousy almost. Dry, slightly hoppy, chalky finish. It's not horrible, but it's certainly not pleasant either. And a good example of that just because you can, you shouldn't always. Not good. 211021

Bottle.Hazy Yellow colour with No head.Aroma of Birch and citrus,mild and slight spices mild and well balamced with fruity fresh finish.

0,5 flaske fra Kihoskh, delt med Steven på hytta, okt-17: uklar korngul med fint filmskum hele veien ned. Mild aroma og smak med lys blomsterhonning, milde citrusfrukter, høy og sevje. Myk og forsiktig bitterhet i ettersmaken. Maltkroppen omslutter det hele mykt og behagelig. God og litt annerledes drikke, et slags høflig understatement som jeg gjerne tar litt mer av. Mild men rik smak.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Some citrus notes. Birk not present. Moderate bitter slightly harsh flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. A little unbalanced. Oily palate and a little too fizzy.

[ As Herslev Birk ].Unclear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, hay, pale malt, fruity malt, wood - birch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, sweet malt, birch, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160520]

Draught at KØ16. Yeasty and citric aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has a mildly yeasty note. Like a watery wheat beer.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is estery and slight phenolic. Toasted and slight biscuity malty. Dry, bitter and slight herbal. Toasted finish.
