A 4.5% Milk Stout which is chocolatey and smooth, as well as incredibly sessionable. This is the first batch of it we have brewed and we’re delighted with it.
The key to a chocolatey milk stout, in our opinion, is to use Pale Ale, Roast Barley, Black, Crystal and Chocolate Malt, but also to use a fair amount of Munich, which rounds everything out nicely.
