We've said from the beginning that we want our beers to be accessible to everyone and appeal to a wide audience, which is why we needed to include gluten-free drinkers. This full-bodied pale ale has notes of tangerine, citrus, passion fruit and grapefruit from the Citra and Amarillo hops.

Cask at CPK, Pimlico on 14th January 2026. Hazy amber with shallow off-white foam and spot lacing. Zesty citrus peel in aroma. Fruity in-mouth with ripe orchard fruits and zesty peels. A finish of peach, plum and berry fruits. A soft malt runs throughout the drinking process. Smooth mouthfeel and a medium body.

Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London. Middling kind of cask ale with strong piney vibes to it. Spilt a bit up the stairs so everything was savoured more.

Tap at The Gas Lamp, Manchester. Hazy dark gold with small white top. Notes of orange, grapefruit and strawberry. Has a creamy medium body with a moderate zesty bitterness. My first try of this new brewery and they are one to look out for.
