Bottled (from BierZwerg.de). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is quite big on bready and caramelly malts, also has some citrus fruits, mild earthcellaryness as well as some mild herbs. Flavour is wood, fruits, some earthcellar as well as mild bready malts. Biting carbonation. Some slight harsh grainy notes as it warms up a bit, otherwise quite nice.

Swing-top bottle (BZ, BB 07/2010)
Clear golden color, small white head. Quite grainy, papery aroma. Very sweet malty (for a light lager) with cardboard, corn and hints of diacetyl. Lacks all good things in Kölsch (=citrus hoppy fruityness). Maybe because it is an eco-beer? Where have all the hops gone?

Bottle at Pig’s Ear BF 09. Dull. Needs to be fresh. It’s ok, but lacks freshness. OK. Some lemon fruit on the end.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and some citrus. The flavor has notes of malt, straw, citrus, and some hay, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
