Draft. Pours a hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody dark fruit and caramel aroma. Sweetish malty spicy woody dark fruit and caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty woody spicy caramel and dark fruit finish.

Draught. Fuzzy brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, caramel, fudge, dried fruits, yeast and mild spices with some alcohol. Flavour is alcohol, wood, some dried fruits, caramel, fudge, dried fruits and some slight plum.

Tap @ Flakhaven, Odense. Pours Dark amber with a off white head. Wood, red Wine, tartness, caramel, esters and Dark fruit. A bit unrefined and sharp. Vinous and dry.

Fra fad på DØE dag 2, sammen med Steven: iflg omtalen i festivalens booklet er dette en vildgæret quadrupel på 11,2%. Brunlig ravfarge,nesten uden skum. Sviskeplommer, fiken og portvin sammen med lit surhed fra vildgæren. Acidic towards the end.

KØ16 as Ugly Duck Hail Mary Foudre. Mild vinous aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small creamy stable light brown head. The flavour is malty with a mild and sort of anonymous. Good bitterness. Not very citric but with a mild acetic touch.

[ As Ugly Duck Hail Mary Quadrupel ].Unclear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, moderate yeasty, leather - funky, candy - sweet yeast, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, sweey yeast - candy - brown sugar, fruity - berry - wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160520]
