Bottle with Nagham at home, courtesy of Finn and Rune. The beer is brown with a burgundy hue, slightly translucent with a thin beige head. The nose has raisin, cinnamon, aniseed, sarsaparilla, some soy sauce. Sweet spicy taste, with an earthy hop bitterness keeping it from becoming cloying. Some light sourness in the finish, with liquorice and plum pudding notes in the finish. Soft to medium carbonation. A good winter beer.

Noe brent karamell. OK balanse og fin bitterhet.

0.33l bottle from #60. This one pours a mildly clouded reddish copper colored body, on the top there's a medium sized lasting and somewhat lacing beige top. The aroma gives me tones of mild dry caramel and cardboard. It doesn't really smell all that much this. A hint of some dried fruit, other than those nothing. Not bad, just really mild. It tastes more. Not very good though. Papery and dry. A strange salty tone in the back. It's thin oily in the mouth and it's just below average on the carbonation. Prickling. Lots of old yeast here. Strange and unpleasant. Darker types of malts, and I guess it kinda has something Christmassy to it, but this was not a very either successful or good one. 11.11.2016

Bottle, courtesy of KnutAlbert. An unclear brown beer with an orange tint and a dense, light beige head. The aroma is coffee-ish roasted with dried fruits and a faint yeasty touch. It’s full-bodied and smooth on the palate, semi-dry and medium to full-bodied. Quite bitter, especially in the very end. Almost harsh. The initial flavor is as roasted and coffee-ish as the aroma, with less room for dried fruits and other goodness. Some toffee squeezes in, but not enough to prevent this beer from feeling one dimensional and uninteresting. 160630
