Double-mashed, 14-hour boil American Barleywine aged in Wyoming Whiskey Bourbon barrels for one year. Notes of medjool dates up front, followed by sticky toffee pudding, and burnt sugar.

Pours dark molasses into a tulip. Still with no head. Vanilla, burnt rubber and molasses aromas. Thick and sweet, cloying molasses and hot vanilla upfront, burning to charred, hot bourbon, before the lasting burnt bourbon soaked bread pudding finish.
