Draught @ Captain Noel Newton (JDW), 55 High St, Oakham, Rutland, England LE15 6AJ. [ As Nottingham Lager ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, fruity malt, grain. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, hay, fruity malt, salty - minerals. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141014]
