Triangulum Collab Series.

We are producing a fresh hop beer by collaborating with three unique brewers from the Pacific Northwest honoring the small constellation, Triangulum.

We’re stoked to bring you this awesome Fresh Hop Collab with Ruse and Bale Breaker. First off, a crisp malt flavor leading to the star- The HOPS. We will be focusing on using fresh hops from Washington and Oregon Farms. Hops from Bale Breakers Loftus ranch, Roy Farms, and some Oregon farmers. We’re making a triangle of hop growers as well as a triangle of brewers. This beer will feature Simcoe, Centennial, and Strata. Big aromas and flavors of Berry with Citrus and a dank Tropical flavor to round it out. Stay tuned, Mother Nature will determine in the end what we use.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Costco, 4 pack, for probably the best bang for your buck I've seen in a fresh hop. Canned 9/16/24. Fresh, and its fun to know that while I was at the hospital eagerly waiting for our newborn, this beer was eagerly waiting to be canned. Clean and clear golden pour. Rocky foam head with sticky lacing. Hop profile has some cool piney and juicy orange ge fruit. Crisp cracker grain front, with a juicy finish. Full flavor, really nice weat coast style collab from breweries that can pull off hazy, but really shine when they go old school. Very good IPA here.
