A malt forward Irish Ale with enticing dark copper hues. Expect delicate notes of toffee and roasted malt with a clean dry finish. No… we didn’t get the date wrong, we are aware of when it is St. Patrick’s Day.

This “old country” ale is a product of our most excellent brewing assistant - Cathal. If you couldn’t tell by his name, he is an import to Canada and we’re glad to have him working on our brew team. This beer began as a recipe development exercise to help sharpen his skills and has ended up as Cathal’s first “big system” brew.
