Can on holiday. Clear dark golden color, white head. Aroma is malts, hops, a bit perfumy, floral and metallic hoppy. Flavor is malts, lightly metallic, blossomy hops, moderately bitter. Decent to medium body, average to decent carbonation.

A very pleasant simple cheap IPA with nice caramel/malt sweetness

Can from a random kiosk in CPH. Copperish deeper golden pour with a white head. Nose is caramel and biscuit malts and some resin. Taste is sweetish malts upfront, then a moderate bitterness with vague citrus and pine notes. Light to medium bodied with average carbo. Classic supermarket IPA.

[as Ceres Mosaic IPA] Lattina. Il naso riconosce indizi di fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e mandarino.

Can from a supermarket in Denmark. Aroma is spicy hops, fruits, peach, apricot, light bready malt, bit herbal-ish, some floral notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Body is medium. Not bad, bit spicy and herbal, stone fruits.

Can at home. Pours clear amber with off-white head. Little hop aroma (tropical fruits, resin, pine needles), bread, caramel, some sulfury notes. Tastes slightly bitter with some sweetness. Thin to medium bodied, bitter finish. One of the better macro beers in Denmark.
