A refreshing American style Pale Ale which combines German traditional and special malt with a great variety of American hops. This combination gives a malty taste and a powerful floral, citrus & grapefruit aroma. It’s great to drink on its own, but it is also perfectly combined with some intense cheeses like parmigiano or dorblu.

Bottle at the brewery, golden amber beer, small head. Aroma is malt, citrus, hops, caramel. Taste is the same, bitter, hops, resin, pine, bitter.

Draught. Amber colour with a small foamy head. Aroma is grapefruits, mild discetyl and some grains. Flavour is grapefruits, some bready and mild grapefruity tones. Slight bitterness.

Keg at Craft Baza, Chişinau. Clear pale amber, small head. Grapefruity nose with some butter. Fruity and bready, some grapefruit peels. Mid bitter finish.

Part of the flight at Smokehouse in Chisinau. Pours very hazy orange color,t opped with a thinner white head. Fruity sweet nose, peaches, tropical fruits and lots of mango which is in charge. Sweet fruity start, quite strong but nice with fruity kick. Medium light body. Gentle bitterness, slightly herbal. Very pleasant aroma, though lacks a bit of taste.
