A little bit old school, a little bit new school. That classic West Coast bitterness, but with minimal caramel malts. New hop varietals that pack a fruity punch, but still bring dankness to your glass. A big, bold, resiny 7.2% IPA for you to settle in on the couch with while the weather rages outside.

473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Big resinous pine and chewy malts on the nose. Flavour has a crisp and bitter hop expression, very piney and resinous, and a chewy biscuit malt backbone. Great west coast IPA.

Amber with a slight haze and thick head. Orangey, lightly piney aroma, with a kiss of sweet malt. Sweet pale malt, moderate bitterness, I'm liking the balance on this.

473mL can, pours a clear copper golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops, a nice spiciness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is assertive, with bold piney hops, some spiciness, light resins, and a dry biscuity malt backbone. Assertively carbonated, but fittingly so. Really bright and punchy, with modestly bitter, piney and spicy finish. Excellent modern west coast IPA, as fiulijn says.

Can from Jak's Parkcrest, Burnaby
Golden coloir, clean, bright. The aroma is gently piney, it's sweet, with a touch of biscuity malts. There's a good body, with moderate residual sweetness, gentle malts (biscuits, caramel, touch of toffee), and piney hops; robust bitterness, without excess; malts and hops are un great balance. Excellent semi-modern West Coast IPA.
