Bottle shared at the pre GBBF chriso’s tasting day 1 06/08/2016. Many thanks to Jan for this one. A hazed yelow straw coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is spicy Belgian yeast, spicy pepper on, wheat and straw. Flavour is composed of light grains, pepper, saison yeast, spicy, wheat, hint of tangy apple. Palate is light and forthy, lively carbonation. Hint of smoke in the finish.

Sampled @ ChrisO Pre-GBBF Shindig. Hazy very pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is wheat, yeast, lightly citrussy, a hints of herbs or spices. Softly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Hmm ok.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth’s pre GBBF shindig; hazy yellow pour with a thin white head, aroma has lemon and some hints of melon, taste has some yeast action, powdery lemon.

Bottle at Chris and Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig, 2016 (Sunday sesh.). Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Sour lemon and vanilla aroma. Spice, walnut, vanilla and bitter citrus flavour. Good.

Bottle at Chriso pre GBBF Shindig 2016. Cloudy pale gold lasting white head. Saison style hop yeast aroma. Some soap. Some lemon . Ok saison lemon beer. Ok.

Pre shinding 2016. Klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch nach hellen Früchten, minimal säuerlich. Geschmack nach Gewürzen, helles Malz, uninteressant.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ home on the terrace. [ As Gourmetbryggeriet Hvede Ale ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeast, citrus, witbier yeast, bubble gum, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, citrus, coriander, bubble gum, witbier yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160528]

Appearance: Light golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, citrus, bread, yeast.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Citrus, malt, fruit, some banana, wheat.

Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Pale yellow golden with a moderate off White covering. Nose is pale malt, grassy, grain, citric notes. Taste comprises grain, lemon, yeast, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so ... not a lot being offered here and not very hefe like !

Bottle.Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma is fruity and spicey with flavor of citrus and wheat,nice refreshing with of banana and mild herbs.
