Keg at the Three Johns, 24/11/16. Golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is tangerine, straw, lemon rind, grains. Taste comprises orange peel, lgiht grapefruit, toasted grains, bread dough, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate hoppy # but no game changer.

Nice smooth and easy drinkable ale.
Hazy golden color with a small white top. Quite ok intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a soft to average carbonation. Fine balance between sweetness and bitterness. Tropical fruity, citric and pine in the flavor.

On tap @ What’s Brewing, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is hoppy notes of orange peel and tropical notes, as well as some malts with biscuits and honey. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grassy hoppy notes, with herbs, orange peel and peaches. Some bitterness in the finish.

From tap at Øst with JMD and OGJ 20.10.16. Almost clear golden. Off-white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of lychee, citrus, tropical fruits and succade. Long aftertaste of citrus bitterness. Good drinkability.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh fruity, leafs, fresh hops, moss, overripe tropical fruits, lawn, hay, light malts, citrus peel, dried fruits. Taste is dry grassy, weeds, bark, harsh hops, lawn, medicine, hay, citrus peel, paper, light malts, minerals. Longlasting bitterness, slightly watery and harsh hoppy mouthfeel. Lovely aroma...

God nyhet fra fat på ØST, Stavanger: navnet skjemmer ingen, men denne er faktisk svært så juicy både i aroma og smak. Delikat bitterhet, godt balansert og med lang, saftig ettersmak. De fleste apa-karakteristika er til stede i fullt monn - tropiske frukter, grapefrukt og granskudd/furunål, og med det viktigste: mersmak! Igjen en stilsikker sak fra Mike&co.
