Our Amerikanischer Traum is an India Pale Ale that has it all. Strong bitterness with pronounced fruit notes of citrus and red berries paired with a resinous scent of pine. Not for everyone but the connoisseur will love it.

Mir schmeckt’s.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a small and lacing, white head. Nose is a strange mix of perfumy and sweaty socks. Medium body, odd deodorant notes, caramel, a little metal and all of it leading up to a rather bitter finish. 300817

Centennial, Chinook, Cascade and Mosaic hops. Clear amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Light malts bring a mild creamy sweetness. Decent hop spice and bitter floralness. Resinous orange peel and ripe orange. Mild lemon balm. Pine. Semi dry finish. Strong citric peel bitter linger. Robust and drinkable.

Bottle, 6.5%. Good piney hop aroma, gets a little rough in the finishing nose. Almost clear copper colour. Very small frothy chalk white head. The flavour has a piney, caramelly and teaish hop note. Good bitterness with a mild grapefruit finish and a little hop bite. Süffig.

Bottle. Pours nearly clear tea amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with touches of malt and yeast. Bitter and citric flavour of C-hops, with notes of malt and yeast and some fruity hints. Bitter and grassy aftertaste with hints of yeast. Okay. Tame but clean.
