Bottle shared at RBESG Grand Tasting ’17 at Sori brewery. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light yeast, malt and grain. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Can 33cl. Golden, clear with a minimal white head. Aroma, malt, straw and hops. Medium bitter with a short malt end. Thanks to my sister, visiting New Caledonia.

Can at Baie des Citrons in Noumea. Crystal clear golden color, huge fluffy white head with spider web lacing. Aroma of wet cardboard and paper. Taste is dilute lemon, paper, slight white pepper in the finish.
