Backlog January 2017. Slightly unclear reddish golden body under a small tan head. Light but complex aroma of fruit, berries and malt. Taste is fruity as well with some acidic berries, malt, caramel and a bit floral. Fine body and same aftertaste. Nothing spectacular, but interesting, unusually and rather pleasant subdue complexity.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is sweet sour-ish, butterscotch, red berries, winegum, grass, weeds, old wash cloth, body lotion. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, weeds, hay, burnt toast, sorrel, grass, sour berries, paper, fruit stones, butterscotch. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish mouthfeel. Crap!

KØLF 130117. Red golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, herbs, lemon, caramel. Flavor is sourness, herbs, lemon, caramel, berries. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle, bryg 1043. Pours light hazy reddish golden, with a creamy, off white head. Aroma is tart fruity notes, with berries, fruit peel and sweet farmhouse notes of hay and earth. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart with apple cider vinegar, berries and fruit peel, as well as some floral, funky farmhouse notes of hay and earth.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Herslev Mark Tidsel ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, spices, marmelade, toffee, buttterscotch, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, sweet malt, toffee, caramel, light nutty. IMO. quit odd ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160307]

Bottle from Kihoskh. Cloudy amber with a disappearing white head. Malty aroma of bread and toffee, with a fruity touch of plums. Sweetish and tart fruity and malty flavour. There is a nice tart fruity character, but the malt flavour and sweetness seems too heavy
