H16 ALE je speciální a velmi výrazné pivo anglického typu. Svrchním kvašením, použitými druhy amerických chmelů a dalšími technologickými postupy se naše šestnáctka zásadně liší od ostatních piv, která nabízíme. Ve vůni ucítíte dominantní citrusové aroma. Tělo je výrazně hořkosladké, hořkost je vyšší a jasně rozpoznatelná, ale díky použitým druhům chmelů se rozvíjí spíše v závěru a doznívá po napití. Oproti klasickým pivům typu ALE jsme se rozhodli naši šestnáctku vařit tak, že drží pěnu velkoryseji, než je pro tato piva typické. Jedná se o výrazné a silné pivo, které doporučujeme pít v menších sklenicích.

Draught @ Beergeek Bar, Prague. Pours golden with an creamy offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, light yeast, grain, grass, fruity hops, citrus. Flavor is malt, little yeast, fruity, bitter citrus, grapefruit. Medium body, average carboantion, lasting bitter finish. 270316

0,3l from tap at zelena kocka pivovarium. Amber hazy colour, small off-white head. Smells lightly fruity mango, light pines, some herbs. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of caramel, light exotic fruits, mango, grass, pineapple. Finishes weird balanced with light bitterness and notes of pineapple and mango. quite good one overall.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden colour with a medium to large off-white head. Smells hops, malts, fresh. Tastes hops, malts, fresh and some pleasant herbs. Medium body, medium carbo.

Aroma: Strong hops, citrusy, light sweet malty.
Appearance: Clear dark golden color. Medium, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, light bitter, citrusy hops.
Palate: Medium body. Light creamy texture. Bitter finish.
Overall: Good IPA.

Utseende: Gyllen.
Skum/kullsyre: Dekkende skum, heng langs kant.
Smak: Søtlig humle og malt.

From tap at Zelena Kocka, Brno. Clear orange amber color with with off white to light beige head. Malty and hoppy aroma, caramel, light pine, citrusy fruity. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle kindly shared by fajry, many thanks. Amber orange color with huge white head. Strong hoppy aroma with caramel. Caramel malt, citrus hops in taste. Medium long hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle. Aroma strong hoppy, fruity, exotic, citrusy. Clear orange colour. Taste high in bitterness, lots of citrusy exotic fruity hoppiness. Also quite strong balancing caramel. Finishes tart, zesty, pith. Quite good, easily drknkable. Thin bodied despite the caramel sweetmess.
