8-3-8-4-16 Can, #760, three weeks after canning. Pours hazy orange, with a big creamy head. Aroma is piney hops with citrusy notes of grapefruit, orange peel, gooseberries and stone fruits, as well as malts with cereals, toffee and honey. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is piney hops with citrusy notes of grapefruit, oranges and tropical notes of stone fruits, as well as malts with bread, toffee and honey.

0,44 boks fra Statens helsetilsyn i Plantesamlingen, hjemme på kjøkkenet: alle forventninger slår til igjen mht utseende, aroma og smak, Salikatt trår sjelden feil. Men i en blindtest ville jeg hatt store problemer med å identifisere en humlekombo kontra en annen, så det blir svært ofte følelsen av tema med (små) variasjoner. Leskende, og naturligvis knallgodt med en farlig mersmak.
