Draught @ Sijf, Oude Binnenweg 115, Rotterdam, Netherlands. [ As Sijf’s Eigen Donker ].Clear medium red - orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sweet malt, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, bread, sweet malt, caramel, brown sugar, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150928]
