Draught @ Sijf, Oude Binnenweg 115, Rotterdam, Netherlands. [ As Sijf’s Eigen Amber ].ABV: 7.0%. Unclear matt medium red amber color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, bread, malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, malt, bread, sweet malt, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150928]
