Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart pear - apple, red pear - apple, medium dry. Body is medium, carbonation is flat. [20150807]

On tap at Hawkes. Acetone sweet brandy. Easy drinking .lovely pear fruit. Good tannins. Delicious. Hmmm just delicious. So refreshing. Delicious fresh fruit.
