Cask at CBC, Shoreditch on 19th November 2017. Deep amber with off-white foam affording full lacing. Sweet malts and tangerine citrus aroma. Light and refreshing citrus blend in-mouth. A sweet fruity and malty finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a light body.

Cask at the Bootlegger, 13/04/17. Clear amber with a well appointed off White head. Nose is caramel, biscuit, light pine, ripe fruit, earthy hop exhaust. Taste comprises muscovado sugar, sweet licks, toasted brioche, fruit esters, biscuit malt, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Fine for style if a touch sweet in places.

Cask at the coxk. A hazed amber orange coloured pour with a halo if fine off white head. Aroma is sweet nutty honey malts, cereal grains. Palate is semi sweet honey moderate carbonation. Flavour is layered malts, honey, cereal, toffee, grassy, spicy veg hop. Pretty standard stuff not great.

Cask at Egham Beer Festival, 11/11/16. Pine, sap and sour berries come through in the aroma. Dark amber, with a fluffy white head. Medium bitter, gets sour in to the finish. Soft and light bodied.

Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2016, National Winter Ales Festival (2016), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Pig & Porter American Amber Fatal Flaw ].Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, marmalade, light to moderate hoppy. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, marmale hops, biscuit malt, sweet malt, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160219]
