CYCT Nozzles is a 9% Triple IPA with two exciting innovations: it’s our first thiolized TIPA, and we’re selected as one of the first Dutch breweries to use brand-new hops. In collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops, this beer features a blend of Krush, HBC1019, and Nectaron hops, giving it a deliciously full flavor of stone fruit and passion fruit. For a refreshing twist, we’ve also added Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops. Cheers to a burst of tropical flavors! Now that we feel more assured brewing our TIPAs, this is also the first time we’re using thiolized yeast for this already crazy beer style. And because we love complexity, we’ve double mashed this beer. In short: CYCT Nozzles is a groundbreaking IPA you don’t want to miss!

20 June 2025. “Iets voor den Erwin” @ Dracuna. Cheers to the whole GBV crew!
Mango, melon, peach, white onion. Sweet peach, melon, onion, dough. Peppery hops, hop burn, juicy yellow fruits, warming triple sec-like alcohol. Quite hefty, bit too much, but there's enough to enjoy.

Can at Ambasada. Murky full orange body, head gone soon. Peach, mango, tropical fruit in the sweetish aroma, still holding on fine. Creamy, dryish taste, light tropical notes, alcohol shows up more and more as it warms. Holds up just fine for the age indeed, so raising the score.

Can at home. Pours hazy golden with a foamy white head. Nose is green hops, chives, a bit sweaty and dank, got touches of overripe tropical fruits to it too and very apparent citrus touches as well. Flavour is the same notes but a bit more muted and it comes with a big boozy punch. There’s an underlying fruityness throughout, more of a yeast expression than hop flavour. Closes with a fruity boozy finish, dries out nicely

Blik gedeeld met Huub op 18-1-25. Troebel geel, maar met een melkachtige uitstraling. Tropische tonen van fruit. Verrassend is dat de smaak geen indicatie geeft voor het percentage van 9%. Lijkt lichter, gevaarlijk dus.

Can 44cl shared with Wilde Joost @his place, thanks mate. Cloudy pale golden colour, good frothy stable white head. Aroma orange, mango, pine resin. Fruity taste, medium sweet and bitter, sweet malt, some alcohol (less than expected), orange, mago, pineapple, herbal notes, some alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, well-balanced, good.

From tap at De Markies, Leeuwarden. Fruit salad aroma with orange, ripe-ish fruit, mango, tropical fruit. Mild bittersweet flavour. Nicely fruity, ripe-ish, good one.
Quite a nice ipa. Boozy but balanced, good showcase for the hops selection. Guild box
