Notre ADN est de brasser des bières éphémères, toujours à la recherche de nouveaux produits et techniques pour créer une aromatique inédite.
Bali, devient le socle de cet ADN en devenant notre première bière core range. Une DDH IPA Citra, Amarillo, Idaho 7 bien juicy comme on les aime qui titre à 5,7%. Des notes d'agrumes, de pêche et de baies sont complétées par des notes boisées et une mousse parfaite pour les moustaches !

Tap at Brewdog Canary wharf. A hazed golden yeloow coloured pour with a fading fine white head. Aroma is loose wheat, pithy citrus, grass, lemongrass, rubber. Flavour is composed drying flaked wheat, grass, green hop, mild hop burn, grassy finish. Some green berries. Palate is rough grains, pithy, highish carbonation, chalky. A little muddled.

Keg at the Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich, 27/01/24. Hazed golden orange with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is mellow citric flesh, mandarin, grass, papaya, light hop spice. Taste comprises mango flesh, grass, raw pineapple, melon, papaya. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Tidy IPA.

Bière ramenée d'un petit caviste de Nîmes. Jolie robe claire et trouble. Arômes exotiques, palette gustative riche et parfumée. Notes exotiques, fruitées, bière bien houblonnée, très réussie !

On tap at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, light fruity oaty nose. Sweetish malty, fruity, light grassy and touch of oranges with herbal notes in the finish.

Tap takeover at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with Ogi. Moderately hoppy, light tropical fruit, citrus, bergamot. Oat flavour. Smooth, a bit rough, green. Bitter. Zest, herbs. Minimal bitterness.
