This 8 Year Anniversary beer is actually an amped up 6 Year Annie: ‘Rice to the Bottom’. We all loved the idea of brewing another rice ale fermented with sake yeast and as an extra dimension let it have a good rest on freshly emptied moscatel barrels. This beer is truly a homage to what our brewery is going through, moving to a bigger and better brewery, expanding in quality, output and lots of creativity! Rice Up!!!
