[ As Birrificio Milano La Picchiata ].Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus - orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, earthy, sweet malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160205]

Keg at Birreria Heritage Artigianale, Warsaw, Poland. Cloudy copper colour, small head. Toasty nose with perfumy lychee hops. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Toasty with tobacco and mango, some grapefruit. Mid bitter finish. Elegant.

On tap @ Eatmarket, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è formato da bollicine medie. Sotto la frizzantezza di bollicine fini è di carbonazione media. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è strutturato, non pesante. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe, agrumate, erbacee, luppolate e inducono a bevuta compulsiva. Il finale è amarognolo.
