Double IPA w/ Strata, Mosaic, & Galaxy. Brewed with generous amounts of wheat & flaked oats, plus a touch of honey malt. Get lost in fresh cut tropical fruits and melon floating over notes of resin.

Pretty hazy golden and straw coloured body with a pretty nice two to three centimetre tall just off-white head that stays afloat for a long time. Aroma of bright oranges and mangoes with a dash of papaya and some bitter alpha acid hoppiness along with some yeast and stronger wheat malt here. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong wheatie and especially citrusey flavours show at first with a big mango and slight papaya bite and a dry bitterness from the hops soon afterwards, but the richness and especially tropically flavours of the malt really come through, especially at the end with a good balance of malt, hops and sugars throughout. Aftertaste shows some oranges and yeast components, all with the underlying bitterness from the alpha acids of the hops, with a good sweetness at the tail end and a smooth complexity from the fruit notes. Overall, a pretty nice, fruity, but balanced and rich beer with a good dose of the wheat malts and some stronger yeast flavours, all with a good layer of sweetness and some soft but noticeable hop bitterness, too. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 31-December-2022 for US$8,99 sampled in my hotel room here in Lewes, Delaware on 18-February-2023.
