Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma is rich smoke, hops, flowers and malt. Taste is smoke and burning chillies. Messy and unbalanced.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and heavy smoked meat. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a nasty chili bite. I really like Surly, but I hate having my throat burned. Undrinkable. 110316

Draught @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Pours golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light smoke, fat bacon, light chillies. Flavor is light sweet, malt, little caramel, smoke, bacon, loads of hot chillies. Medium body, average carbonation, lasting chilli heat. Way to much chilli. 110316
