On tap at the brewery. Pours black. Espresso, nutty, hazelnut, chocolate, earthy coffee grounds, bright fruit notes, dark cherry. Nice soft body. Good.

On tap at Bend Brewing, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh coffee upfront, with light cocoa and a hint of earthiness. Flavour reveals a wonderful roasted coffee character upfront, backed with just enough dry cocoa. Medium-bodied, with much more standard dark roast than cocoa. Excellent.

Dark brown body with thin off white head. Light coffee and chocolate aroma. Coffee and malt taste with hops keeping it not too sweet.
