On tap at the brewery. Pours amber. Biscuit, toffee, cherry juice, pine, light bitterness. Medium body. Good.

Red body with off white head. Caramel and roast aroma. Malty taste with caramel and bitters hop skin.

I guess I've been in a red mood lately. I've had 3 pints of this one at Hop and Hound the last few days, and it's delicious. Bright copper appearance. Smooth, barely rich malts, caramel and biscuit. Refreshing and full of flavor. Very good brew.
