Bottle at home, 5th July 14. Pours black, some chocolate on the nose, very thin palate for the ABV. Well hidden alcohol, easy drinking and thin in the mouth, not my favoured impy, but very drinkable

At a tasting, thanks Ariel, smallish creamy head, quite clear very dark brown colour, aroma of dark bread, some coffee and barnyard, dark chocolate and just a hint of roastiness, flavour of smoke, charred wood and some coffee, mellow quite strong bitterness. Good and really enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Ariel. Black with a big brown head. Nice roasty aroma with lots of coffee and a bit of dark chocolate. Bittersweet flavor, roasty, with coffee, roasted grains, a bit of dark chocolate and a finish with some bitterness. Rather full-bodied. Very nice.
